Suggestions for Improvement

Hello, I know I just started today and this may sound pushy but just trying to help!

I'm a skiller and the first thing I noticed that tends to be annoying to other players is the skilling teleport. So, I have a few ideas that will improve the server!


The red X's represent what should be taken out, if you need help with this, contact me!

The yellow box should be where a bank is added.


More suggestions!:
Add an ::empty command. (Empties everything in the player's inventory)
Add some sort of achievement when a player gets a 99 kind of like RuneScape. For example: [News]: Oh Herro has just achieved 99 in *skill here*!

You don't have to follow these suggestions, just an opinion on what can improve the server.
